In accordance with the law, LENAPPY is committed to ensuring the protection of its customers' personal data to the extent possible.

Marketing products and goods to individuals, LENAPPY provides its customers with an online trading service on its website accessible by computer, tablet or cell phone at https://lenappy.co.uk

To deliver its services, LENAPPY collects personal data on individuals or companies. The collection of data is carried out on the website lenappy.co.uk, on the mobile applications, by telephone or during communications by e-mail.

WHO COLLECTS YOUR DATA?

It is the brand LENAPPY that collects your personal data. LENAPPY e is a registered trademark represented by FOUET exercising an activity of trader under the SIREN n°883114910 and registered in the trade and profession register of Bordeaux.

Your data are stored directly in the database of the site lenappy.co.uk hosted by SHOPIFY.

LENAPPY may keep a copy of this file in a computerized file in the form of a spreadsheet. In this case, LENAPPY puts in place all the means to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, so as to prevent their damage, deletion or access by unauthorized third parties.

 

TO WHOM IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSMITTED?

Some of the recipients of your data are located outside the European Union, such as SHOPIFY which is located in Canada and certain suppliers located in the United Kingdom, Germany, China and the United States.

The following safeguards have been taken to ensure an adequate level of protection for your information:

WHY ARE YOUR DATA COLLECTED?

LENAPPY processes or uses your data only insofar as it is necessary to contact you, in particular in your language, to ensure the processing of your requests and/or orders, to create and manage your user profile, to create and manage your access to its online services, to propose commercial offers, to ensure the execution of its services, to carry out the verification of the validity of the information necessary for the payment of a good, a service or membership fees, to carry out statistical studies, or to ensure the respect of its legal obligations, such as the possibility of refunding you.

LENAPPY uses third party platforms to transmit its emails, carry out advertising, automate or delegate part of the processing of orders including the delivery of goods purchased and keep up to date the statistics of its commercial activity. Finally, LENAPPY can be led to order and order its suppliers to send to your delivery address the products you have ordered.

Similarly, since LENAPPY delivers your orders through delivery companies and postal establishments, they have your delivery address, as well as your name, first name, email address or telephone number.

In this case, LENAPPY's supplier or delivery service provider has part of your data allowing the delivery of your ordered products, but is not authorized to keep them beyond the expiration of your withdrawal period added to the time allowed for LENAPPY to deliver the product. In principle, this period is a conventional maximum of forty-five days and can be automatically extended in case of return or exchange of your products.

LENAPPY does not sell or transmit your personal data to third parties in order to allow them to approach you commercially.



HOW LONG WILL MY DATA BE KEPT?


The data relating to your identity: name, first name, date of birth, postal address, telephone number and email address are kept for a period not exceeding three years.

The data relating to your means of payment are kept for the duration of the contractual obligations that bind you to LENAPPY: from the day of your order to the expiration of the time of your right of withdrawal added from the date of receipt of your order. This period does not exceed 45 days in principle (30 days maximum of delivery time and 14 days corresponding to the period of exercise of the right of retraction). In principle this period is a conventional maximum of forty-five days and can be automatically extended in case of return or exchange of your products.

Moreover, your banking data are not visually accessible to the staff of LENAPPY, indeed, the only visible information of your credit card is only a part of its number allowing to identify it but not to use it.

 


MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY LENAPPY

In accordance with the law "informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978 as amended and the European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (applicable since May 25, 2018), you have the right to access, rectify, portability and deletion of your data or to limit the processing.

You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data.
